Migrant visa — Investor (Art. 79)
Scope: Foreigner with registered Foreign Direct Investment or real property in their name, maintained during validity. Allows accumulating time toward R visa.
Direct investment: Banco de la República registration exceeding 650 SMLMV.
Real property: clean title exclusively in foreigner's name, minimum 350 SMLMV, plus foreign investment registration.
Also: economic solvency (3-month bank statements), health coverage, and proof of maintained investment on renewals.
Validity: up to 3 years. Beneficiaries allowed.
Paragraph: any investment change must be reported immediately to the Ministry.
