Visitor visa — Digital nomads (Art. 46)
Scope: Remote work from Colombia for foreign companies, as independent or employee, or digital entrepreneurship of interest to the country.
Key requirements: passport from visa-exempt country; letter from foreign employer or contract; minimum income of 3 SMLMV for the last 3 months; health insurance with coverage in Colombia.
Validity: up to 2 years. Beneficiaries allowed. Restriction: may not work for persons domiciled in Colombia.
