Article 324 — COMISIONES DE CONCILIACION Y ARBITRAJE

ARTICULO 324. COMISIONES DE CONCILIACION Y ARBITRAJE. En las empresas en donde existan comisiones de conciliación y arbitraje, la determinación y clasificación de una incapacidad se hará con base en el dictamen del médico industrial asesor de la comisión.
