Article 475 — ACCIONES DE LOS SINDICATOS

ARTICULO 475. ACCIONES DE LOS SINDICATOS. Los sindicatos que sean parte de una convención colectiva tienen acción para exigir su cumplimiento o el pago de daños y perjuicios.
